Beginning July 1, 2012, new accounts payable roles will be activated in ProcureAZ, the State’s automated procurement system. Security for these roles will be administered by GAO Security rather than by the agencies or SPO. Procedures for requesting accounts payable roles are outlined in this technical bulletin.
