To view the budget load instructions memorandum for fiscal year 2013 from the Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting (OSPB) and the General Accounting Office (GAO), please go to the GAO website, select “Publications”, “All Agency Memoranda”, and then from the drop down menu for General Policy and Procedure select the document “AFIS Budget Loading Fiscal Year 2013” or click here. We encourage all agencies to plan and prepare their AFIS budget loads as early as possible; however, the deadline for entering budgets into AFIS is August 31, 2012.
