  1. These general fund and other fund appropriation adjustments will require completion of an Appropriation Load Form AFIS-101, entered in User Class 95 as batch AAX using TC 006 for reductions and TC007 for additions to the agency’s general act appropriations.
  2. The following three digit code is required to be entered in the “description” field for each adjustment. Enter the code and press the F5 key; the adjustment title will automatically populate the description field.
    Code          Adjustment Title
     200           Lease-purchase
     210           Retirement rate reversal
220           Dept of law pro rata

  3. Each adjustment should be entered on a separate line; amounts should not be combined.
  4. The MPCD should be consistent with the original load, generally ‘P’ for general fund lump sum appropriation loads and ‘Q’ for all others. If original loads were assigned a different allocation, use a ‘Q’ and note on the appropriation load information form the correct allocation; the MPCD will be reviewed and changed as appropriate at the GAO.
  5. The form must be signed by an authorized signer and submitted to the GAO for processing.
Additional appropriation load instructions are available on the Appropriations Load Form AFIS-101 on the GAO website Online Form selection.

The GAO will post additional webstories for other adjustments listed in the FY13 General Appropriation Act at a later date.
