Article:
Additional classroom training sessions on the ProcureAZ Invoice (3-way match) functionality are now available for agency registration through YES. The GAO recognizes that the initial training sessions offered in July took place during an extremely busy time of the year for all agencies, so several additional sessions have been arranged with Periscope beginning July 30th through August 9th. All agencies should have at least one representative sign up for this training by August 2nd (those that were not able to attend the previous classes).

The GAO highly recommends that agencies take advantage of this classroom training as it will no longer be available after August and will be moving to a Computer Based Based Training (CBT) format. This is a great opportunity to ask questions in person and get hands on experience using the functionality.

The transition for agencies to begin utilizing the Invoice (3-way match) functionality should be implemented by October 1, 2012. Please contact your GAO liaison if you have specific issues or needs
